The terms for returns and exchanges related to specific projects are primarily governed by the individual Project Agreement signed between PineappleBeingCut and the client. These agreements detail the scope of work, deliverables, and payment schedules, and will often include clauses addressing revisions, modifications, and acceptance testing. It is crucial to refer to your specific Project Agreement for details regarding acceptable reasons for requesting revisions or modifications, and the process for doing so.

2. General Service Considerations:

For services not covered under a specific Project Agreement, the following general considerations apply:

  • Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as consultations, initial assessments, and custom software development after a certain stage of completion, may be non-refundable. This is due to the investment of time and resources dedicated to these services.
  • Requesting Modifications: If you are dissatisfied with an aspect of a delivered service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to understand your concerns and determine the feasibility of modifications. Additional charges may apply for modifications beyond the originally agreed-upon scope of work.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a service before its completion, please notify us in writing. Depending on the stage of service delivery, cancellation fees may apply to cover the costs of work already completed.

3. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the provision of services, including requests for returns or exchanges, will be handled according to the dispute resolution process outlined in your Project Agreement or, in the absence of a Project Agreement, in our Terms of Service.
